Aaron: We’d like to welcome into the show Greg Farmer and Cris Saunders with Insta Graphic Systems. Tell us a little about your background. Cris, let’s start with you.

Terry: We have to ask both of you about the cheap $300 import heat presses you see on Amazon, etc. Greg, let’s start with you. Comments on these machines?

Aaron: Cris, for the decorator who wants to customize a variety of products, is there a particular style heat press you recommend?

Terry: Greg, let’s talk about items that will help the current decorator make an easy transition into heat press products.

Aaron: Cris, along these lines are there customizable items that tend to offer higher margins?

Terry: Cris, holidays are upon us. Are there some items in particular you would recommend marketing in this season?

Aaron: Greg, we’re all familiar with the traditional screen printed transfer applied using a heat press. What other decoration methods can you tell us about?

Terry: Cris, there are a lot of decorators who own a cap heat press. Is there anything beyond caps that we can use this fairly uniquely designed press for?

Aaron: Greg, a new decoration method entered our world nearly 20 years ago. Let’s talk about DTG printing and curing with a heat press.

Terry: Cris, I think there’s some assumption in the industry that a heat press and its uses haven’t necessarily changed over the years. Talk to us about how transfer applications have evolved over the past 10 years or so.

Aaron: Greg, it’s a just-in-time world today. How has customization and just-in-time manufacturing impacted the transfer world?
