Aaron: So this show came about after you were gracious enough to let me use some photos of some cool stuff you are doing with DTG and screen printing at your shop. Can you tell us about those projects and give us some details as to the process?

Terry: Jeff, tell us a little bit about how you came to be in the business.

Aaron: DTG is an industry still very young. Where do you see this process in the future?

Terry: Multimedia means multiple steps, which means added time to each garment. Are people for the most part willing to pay for this “value add” or is there price resistance?

Aaron: Is there a particular style or combination of decorations that you find customers value the most? What grabs their attention?

Terry: Do you have any tips for decorators who want to get started in multimedia decoration?  What’s the most important thing to know about it and what are some common pitfalls they need to avoid?

Aaron: Matt Foley with SanMar suggested that you focus on Quality, Speed and Price. That’s a tricky combination. Do you have secrets to share?

Terry: We hear you do a lot of quick turn work for Boston Bruins, Celtics, Patriots and Red Sox. Tell us about that experience.

Aaron: How can people get in touch and where can they learn more about your company?
