Terry: Kristine, before we talk about leaving a job, let’s talk about your background in and out of this industry.

Aaron: Everyone considers taking that plunge to start a new career, but few do it. Why do you think that is?

Terry: Outside of “I want out!” What are the steps to planning a departure?

Aaron: We see lots of people burn bridges behind them when they leave a job. What are your thoughts on that?

Terry: When did you reach the ‘tipping point’ that spurred you to action?

Aaron: When making a decision like this, most people are driven by discomfort in their current situation but many feel an unfulfilled purpose drawing them to their next endeavor- how do you feel that speaks to your transition and what is the purpose that called you?

Terry: Tell us how writing, content creation, and building these engaged groups has helped you create an environment to thrive.

Aaron: Now that you’ve made your initial jump, what is it that you learned that you wish you could tell the past version of yourself that was debating the move?

Aaron: Kristine, how can our listeners reach out to you?
