In a Perfect World, What Would Your Business Be?

Mark, We talked to you just about 2 yrs ago as you were just introducing the Catalyst Plan.  Can you bring us up to date on what it is and what has happened?

Six sessions, over 100 companies through. The goal was to add $10,000 in 5 weeks. Now an 8 wk program and $25K.  Best has been a $100K increase in 8 weeks. Coaching that follows best has been $1.2M increase in 6 months.

Those results sound pretty impressive. Why does the program work so well?

It isn’t about traditional marketing and sales. Incorporates many new and innovative ideas, several of which are undergoing provisional patent applications. The key thing is that it never feels “salesy”.

How is it different from the way everyone seems to be running their businesses today?

Marketing for the Digital Economy, NOT social media, email, etc. Although those play a role. Success moving ahead is about speed and flexibility. Selling today is nothing like selling in the past.

What makes the Sales Acceleration work?

Connects with customers on a higher level. It works for ANY industry, not just decorated apparel. The customer comes to their own conclusions in a different way than they are used to. It feels very natural and normal. The best part is that is is not PRICE driven.

*Challenge is moving people into this paradigm at a rate they can handle. “Lack of faith it’s possible.” If you have an open mind, serious benefits.

Benefit an industry when a supplier offers value rather than haggling (Investment based)

Hand you a $1 bill and I hand you a $10. What do you think of next?

How would someone learn more about Catalyst Accelerator?

CatalystPlan.com  Full info there. It is an application program. We turn away about 50% of the applicants. One of the reasons it is that it has to be a fit for you. The sales pitch is really nonsale.

How often do you offer Accelerator, and when is the next session?

Catalyst Accelerator is usually offered 3x per year. Jan, April, Aug. Our next session starts enrollment on 8/22 with the first lesson on 8/29. It is an 8-week course with weekly open coaching calls on either Thursday or Friday of each week. Past Catalyst members are on those calls as well as current students.
