Aaron: Most of us get into this business because of a favorite activity like creating the artwork or maybe being a marketer. Tell us what your favorite part of your business is, and which part is your least favorite.

Aaron: I know all of you wear many hats in your business, but you all also have businesses that are very uniquely you. What are some of the unique challenges you all face with business ownership and your career?

Aaron: As you switch from one role to the next in your business, what challenges are you faced with, and what tips do you have to overcome those challenges?

Aaron: What are some tips you all can share with other busy business owners out there to maintain balance and still own a successful business?
